OUR WINES
At Boardroom Brewery in El Segundo, our wines reflect the same creativity and care that define our craft beers and seltzers. We focus on natural-style, low-intervention wines — thoughtfully sourced from independent producers across California.
Our current selections highlight fruit from the Lodi AVA, including vineyards near Ripon, where warm Central Valley days meet cool Delta breezes. These conditions, along with the region’s sandy-loam soils, produce expressive, balanced wines that need little interference to shine.
Every pour at Boardroom is guided by the same philosophy: minimal additives, maximum character, and an experience rooted in authenticity. Whether you prefer a bright white, a textured rosé, or a vibrant red, our goal is to bring you wines that feel honest, modern, and deliciously drinkable — perfectly at home alongside our craft beers and seltzer cocktails.
Lodi AVA – Ripon, California
Grown in the sandy loam soils of the Lodi region, where warm days and cool Delta winds shape expressive, low-intervention wines of character and balance.
1st Offering – Cabernet Sauvignon – Released October 23 2025
Our first wine offering is a 100% California Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fruit forward, easy to drink and fun to enjoy. It has some notes of stonefruit, cherry, even cranberry, and if you let it open up, you get notes of violet flower. The body is simple, slightly jammy, and very drinkable. The tannin levels are low on this wine – so you won’t get that dry mouth traditional to so many California Cabernets. - This has come and gone with only 108 bottles.
2nd Offering – Cabernet Sauvignon – Released February 3 2026
Another 100% California Cabernet - hits on classic big California Cab on the nose—ripe blackberry jam, dark cherry, and plum compote leap from the glass. Subtle vanilla and baking spice from the American oak aging, with delicate hints of cassis and dried herbs. Inviting and fruit-forward without crossing into cloying territory. Finishes dry and leaves you wanting more!
There are 600 bottles of this batch. Don't miss it!
